- Try creating a new test collection and export it. Does that test work?
- Windows 7 or 10? If 7, is UAC turned off? See the OP about that.
- Are you an Administrator? If not, run Calibre as an Administrator and test that.
- Restart Calibre in debug mode by clicking that option under the Preferences button. After testing, exit from Calibre. Wait a few seconds and a text file debug log will appear. Zip and upload that so I can look at it.
- Are you using the default CSV file format, or have you defined user defined fields?
- Add a brand new file attachment using Firefox Zotero and then export that. Does that work?
