I have sent you the link, but your symptoms are not ones that the image will fix. Reimaging is really only useful for devices that don't work at all.

What this sounds like is you to are running Windows 10 with the Anniversary Update. In that, MS changed something and no longer recognises the Kobo devices properly. There are a couple of threads discussing this.
