That looks like the touchscreen version rather than the keyboard version (the K4 uses the 'keyboard' version - different Java version).

You are the first to report a problem on the K4 in three years, so re-check your work.
The problem is most likely between keyboard and chair.
Start by reading the enclosed README file (again).
