The MUST is because 40 (20 px per side) is the smallest the manufacturer allows.

You need to hack () into the config file to get it smaller (and it is not protected, so if you touch the setting via the normal UI, it reverts). This adjustment requires: 1) a computer with USB cable, 2) Someone who can do more than 'click here' operations comfortably.
