Yes, I am happy to be refunded. I've never had any problem downloading anything from anywhere before. Harlequin customer service seems to only work during weekdays (no evenings or weekends) but they are quite fast to get back to you, less than 24 hrs and no hassle with the refund.
I've dealt with Kobo customer service and they are so very slow to get back to you and the response has little to do with your problem. Harlequin has them beat hands down.
