I could not wait. created do restore file and put it in kindle. did not do anything else and it rebooted by itself without my intervention or holding power button while it was still connected to PC. now it is debricked(if I am right?) and FW is 5.6.1.0.5(2588930001). space available 3112 MB.

Now I want to re do the JB. but first I need to know what was wrong the first time. any ideas?
