Remember that all the BPHs are reporting actual revenue shortfalls and they have stopped breaking out ebook sales numbers, resorting to lumping ebook and audiobook sales.
I also think they have (more or less) correctly diagnosed what is going on: the big clue being the difference between the print sales list and the ebook sales list.
Factor in the Agency Part Deux price hike and the fact that ebooks are always in print...
