One thing to keep in mind about that Literature Map is that it doesn't understand what you like about an author. As an example, Mystic River by Dennis Lehane is one of my favorite books. I tried to use that website to find other authors like him. It showed me a bunch of male authors who write thrillers.
Thing is, what I really like about Lehane's writing is the depth he writes into his characters. His background in sociology shows in his writing. But the Literature Map just gave me back a bunch of thrillers.
So it might be helpful to know what it is about Spencer's books that you like? What makes her romance novels different from other authors you've read that makes you want to find other authors like her?
