may I ask why? is using reset somehow dangerous or harmful for the device?

The problem with reset after a jailbreak is it may or may not erase everything.
There have been problems with people resetting when they should have been restarting.
So unless one knows exactly what might happen do not reset.
No real need to reset anyway unless there is a major problem.
Also that blue is rather hard to read. Pretty yes, readable not so much.
