Please give us a link to the directions you where following.
It does not sound like you where following our directions, see:

In particular, read Step #8 carefully.
And then be sure you are using the most recent packages from NiLuJe's snapshot thread.
(The information in your information box on "Device: ..." is a dead give-away that you are not following our directions.)
