That is not a factory message.
You are looking at a seriously altered Kindle, either similar to the link given above or one of the attempts to install Android on it.

Peel it open, see if the serial port connections are still on the board or if they have been ripped off.

If you can still make connection to the serial port, read through one (or more) of our serial port de-bricking threads.

I would suggest the one that uses fastboot to recover a device from mis-use of the 'erase all' command.
(When searching here, it is the only thread with fastboot in its title.)

If you can not still make connection to the serial port, you have just purchased a spare screen.
