I've had it happen that a book was supposed to be out on date x and then it didn't come out. I think one of them was even cancelled if I recall (though I can't recall the title). It is frustrating when that happens. I'm waiting on one now myself. A friend of mine has a story coming out in a Chicken Soup for the Soul book near the end of the year. Hopefully it won't be delayed.
