Studies show most people have a lot more time than they think, but we have habits we fall back on when tired - usually watching television or surfing the web.

If reading is a priority, make it the first entertainment choice you do once you get home, before TV or Internet.

I teach time management so there are definitely things that can be done to help free up more time.
