Hello,

I am from the Bronx, NY, USA. I have an old Kindle (even before Paperwhite) and I am reading a book with many footnotes. Many of the footnotes are URLs that link to sites on the Web. When I started the book, the links were working fine. Now, however, I keep getting the message that Verizon can't find or load the website. This is now happening with every link. I am not very tech savvy about this but if anyone can help me, I would be very grateful.
