ty now i have a new issue i got the win32diskinstaller app but i cant read my old sd card at all when i put it in the reader it says i must reformat it so i wont be able to get my serial number from there and there is a few number on my kobo so # 1 where do i find the serial number i need #2 where do i need to put it (i am kinda of new at this so if there is a tutorial somewhere ill gladly follow it ) thanks a million
