Yesterday there was an article on Slashdot that Win 10 Anniversary has problems with various external disks and memory sticks and even [non-windows] partitions on local disks and the default action, after clicking OK on a dialog informing you about a problem, is to format the disk.
The Slashdot article was, however, mainly about the issue of Win 10 Anniversary destroying data on Linux partitions. Not just messing with boot loader and Master Boot Record but actually messing up Linux partitions it can't recognize.
