You should be able to use the built-in browser to download from the Calibre content server. It doesn't require any setup itself, but you might need to do something in Windows security settings to allow connections. If there is nothing blocking connections then you just select "Connect/Share > Start Content Server" in Calibre, then select "Connect/Share" again to see the address/port to use, and then enter the address and port in the Glo's browser, e.g. something like 192.168.1.64:8080

You should be able to download from DropBox too, but need to switch to desktop mode after logging in, then tap the file to select, then tap the download button at the top of the page. See screenshots in this post.

Also someone reported that the micro-SD card was still recognised by Windows 10 after the update, so maybe you can copy books via USB by inserting a micro-SD card into the Glo, plugging the Glo into the Windows 10 computer, and copying books to the card instead of the internal storage. I don't know how Calibre will handle this though, you might need to use "Save to disk" to export the book from Calibre then copy it manually to the card.
