So today I came across an incredibly frustrating issue with Collections on my Voyage (latest generation). I have 8 Collections, that I manage directly on the Kindle (not jailbroken). All books on my Kindle are AZW3 format (DRM cleaned the usual way) and my entire library is in my Kindle Cloud via the Send to Kindle for PC app. My workflow for adding books to my Kindle is as follows -

1. Send to device via Calibre.
2. Once books are on Kindle, sort into their respective collections.

I have approximately 900 books on my Kindle, with approximately 1GB of free space remaining.

For one specific collection, however, no matter what I do, it will not allow me to add more than ~ 60 books. This is the first time I've come across this issue before, on any Kindle I've ever owned (K3, Kindle, Kindle PW and Kindle Voyage). Any help pointing m to what I'm doing wrong is greatly appreciated!
