Oh God the Max is losing my highlighted notes in neo reader, it's done it three times, twice with quite a lot of highlighting. I'll go back into a document and the notes will be all gone. It seems to save things ok most of the time.

It's for my upcoming exams. How have people avoided this? I don't have the latest software - because I'm afraid that will wipe those of my notes which neo reader has thus far managed to retain.

Is there a way to install the latest software without wiping one's notes? How does the backup process work? Thanks.
