I wanted to add that right now there isn't a limit, but in the US, on Nov. 7, the limit BECOMES 5 gigs of Cloud Space free with unlimited photo storage from a Fire Device. More than that and you will have to pay $60/yr. If you have more than 5 gigs used on that date, you will not lose what is already there - you just won't be able to add more until you drop below 5 gigs. There is a download feature if you need it. The space includes all things SENDTOKINDLE, music uploads, audiobook uploads and video. Go to AmazonDrive (My Amazon Drive) to view what you have already. I found a renaming feature also, so I can fix some of those mobi files I sent with awkward names like X62sg29YW. Anyway, another 100 days to view and adjust this feature. So Paul - 5 gigs of mobi or azw - think that will meet your needs?
Note: Amazon purchases are not counted, but if you download and then reup with changes, it goes into the AmazonDrive and counts. Music archives seem to be included (i.e. you bought the disc and they added it to your Cloud Drive as well to stream). I just discovered this today, so I might be wrong on that last.
FizzyWater, Amazon doesn't care what you have in your Personal Documents section.
