After the factory reset, I get an error message from Calibre saying, "Error communicating with device", the reason given is "unable to open database file". I tried using Kobo Desktop and got an error saying 'library is full, remove books and come back'. Under Device Info, the space for 'Onboard Storage' is blank.
If I'm understanding this thread right, I can reset the firmware to an earlier version, yes? If someone could direct me to instructions on how to do this I would be very grateful.
It is a Kobo Wireless N289. Software Version is 1.9.12 (10/16/14)
