Looks like Harlequin has revamped their website again and changed the cart a bit. I was able to checkout with a coupon code and download a HS with no problems. I still cannot download the Carina Press book (One Minute to Midnight by Nico Russo). It's just the one book though, my other Carina titles still download just fine.
