The catalogue CSV option has an Add catalogue to library option that will create an ePub, which you can open with the viewer, which has a print to PDF option.
If you create a csv file via the catalogue feature, or via the command line you end up with a csv file, which you have to import into something that has print functionality.
I import into nirsoft's CSVFileView and use it's View->HTML report feature. Much simpler than spreadsheet s/w like Calc or Excel. But its just a viewer, with some layout adjustment capability, but no calculations. Sample attached
