Call me crazy. Well, don't call me crazy (ha), but you might think that I'm overly suspicious in thinking this. Cutting phone support, having unexplained service outage . . . . I wonder if LOL is having trouble staying in business. I saw some similar signs just before Hastings announced that they were going of business a few days ago . . . . And, frankly, LOL just doesn't have a good business model, and there's nothing really compelling about them to make me want to buy something from them. I can't tell you how long it's been since I actually did buy something from them.

If the worst happens, I hope that at least I can download my library with them before you smell the flowers (French colloquial saying, meaning "someone has died").
