I just replaced my computer and redownloaded kobo for desktop. It seemed to sync fine, but then I noticed a bunch of books were missing. So I went to my Kobo account and looked in my library. The missing books are showing as being in my library but when I clicked on them to redownload and I got this error message: "Sorry, this item is no longer available. You can look for other items by this author or about this topic using the search bar above". So I had my son check his kobo account and he is getting the same error message on a bunch of books. These are books we PAID for, not freebies. I've contacted kobo by email but still haven't gotten a reply. Not all the books are gone, seems to be certain publishers. Anybody else?
