If the spam is by same user there is no need to report all of them. All spammers are immediately banned once an Editor sees the report. We make sure when we ban a spammer that all posts by them are deleted as well.
Thank you for reporting spammers. It helps tremendously. We each patrol the board but sometimes miss a post or not on duty at the moment.
