I'd been brewing most of my teas hotter after your suggestion with the Darjeeling a while ago. There are certainly still some that I prefer with cooler water, but this particular green surpised me with its intensity in a way that others haven't. I'm hoping that it translates into a more flavorful green rather than just being too astringent and bitter at any temperature.
