Yes, I see that downloading to the computer and then importing into Calibre is a cleaner way to do it. Thinks for the idea.
I've gotten my kindle cleaned up now. Everything is in a collection. I still have a couple of collections that are duplicated. Each duplicate has unique books in it. Still haven't figured out why that is happening.
