I just wanted to thank everyone for answering my question.
I finallåt bought today the kindle Paperwhite. I had a chat session with the amazon customer service and had the special offers feature unsubcribed as the special offers do mot work outside the USA.
I downloaded the dictionaries too.
I havent read anything on it yet however I am happy.
