The LG G Pad II 10.1 has "dual screen". However it is very limited as in limited to the Google apps. Ebook reading is limited to Play Books.

Only have done dual screen mode to see what it does. When dual screen is touched, a dialogue pops up with the icons of what can be runned: Maps, Chrome, Play Books, Gmail, Photos.........just Google apps. I haven't tried to see if any non-Google app can be added to what can run in a window.
