I know I have, I almost put it in the FGA list at one point when I got tired of typing it up.

Hmm...
We may have pulled PW3_5.6.1.1 from distribution when the 'unable to reach UYK' problem came up.
Perhaps PW3_5.6.1.1 did not have that restriction (but it has enough other things wrong with it that I am not suggesting we start distributing it again).
