We have thermal drapes on the deck doors (they face west and get the intense heat of the setting sun) - and Stella cat insists on sleeping inside the drapes next to the glass doors. When she gets too hot, she flops down in the kitchen in front of the box fan (we run fans throughout the house to keep the air moving).
