Yes they do. I use Amazon as a wish list source.
There is no pattern to activities sometimes there is more than two a week so it's best to check everyday. The Facebook activity resets about twice a week. It's worth 200 points. There is a one time 100 points each for liking Harlequin on Facebook and Twitter.
