Yes, Gecko's customer service was good - when I had to send 2 cover's back because the corners became unglued and snapped!
Whilst the covers offer a nice range of colours I do question their build quality.
I eventually ended up with the official Kobo cover - totally uninspiring colour wise (black) - but it is still doing the job 18 months later.
