Having read through your requirements (and so long as you're OK with the inherent limitations of large PDFs on a 6" diagonal screen), I'd recommend the Kindle Voyage.

Nothing meets them all, but the Voyage is hackable (thanks to some great developers), has great dictionary support, and the best display around at the moment, IMO. Amazon are also very good at keeping older models usable with firmware updates.

The Voyage also feature a flush front - there's no raised bezel around the screen area to trap dust.
