For the past month or two, when i do a download metadata and covers (option download both), the suggested metadata and covers on the left (during review) includes the author name DUPLICATED in the name field for roughly 1/3 to 1/2 of the entries in the batch. The correct name is shown with appropriate case and then the entire name is repeated and concatenated onto the end of the last name.

It was apparently narrowed down to this plugin (by disabling all the other metadata sources).
