I've bought my M92 at http://ereader-store.de, there is no problem.

I'm interested in the question of delivery : delay, cost, serious, so I follow this subject for a long time. Ereader-store.de is serious about the shipping. '10 %' lower ? Many people thinks that there costs of shipping are too high -

I don't know were you are living, but in Europe there is 2 years of warranty/guarantee - see other posts about the difference between these two words, in Europe it's roughly the same thing.

Sometimes, it's hard to contact them, you could try too the "Contact Form" in there website.
