This has now been revealed. It's mainly 1st in series issues, but there are 3 anthology issues of substantial length in it, two complete mini-series GN collections, and what looks like another complete GN story (not listed on Comixology, so I couldn't easily check). Bonuses will be unlocked if enough purchases are made.

Minimum tier is $1 and includes 1 anthology and 1 collection and the ambiguous maybe-GN + 5 #1 issues. The 1st issue of the creator-owned Hell, Nebraska which is the collection title is a Comixology freebie if you want to try it first.

Top tier is $3 and adds the 2 anthologies and the other collection (based on a Rudyard Kipling story), 2 #1 issues and 2 #2 issues.

For the record, buying the pre-order at $1 gave me the $3 tier.
