Meanwhile I tested also on a Os 10.11.3 and it is not working... I put your ebook on ADE, I open it, I see the blue and black text, I click OFF to see only black text (not blue), I leave the ebook and go back to Library, I open again the ebook and I see the blue and black text again.
The problem is not in your ebook, my test ebooks (EPUB3) have the same problem. I tested this on different Mac computers.
