MobileRead Forums - View Single Post - Calibre gets slower and slower with each new update

I STILL say it and I don't care. With each new update and all the "added features" Calibre gets slower and slower. With this last update - I go to shut it down and I get this "ghost feature" where it shows that it is shutting down. I've never seen that before. It just flashes momentarily in the background. Why would I need that? I don't.
