Better call them then. I've had that happen before, although in my case it was with credits support applied. If it's not showing, it's basically Schrödinger's credit. There (support can see it), but not there (you can't, and usually the checkout system can't either), so unlikely to actually get applied to anything.
I kind of wonder about their systems, they seem to be designed for maximum confusion.
