I'm not sure why so many "helpful" folks are completely rejecting my prior statement that
Amazon returns a different page to different people, and most people do not get a download link.
But that is what we long since concluded was happening, and given that people are
still contradicting each other over what they see on that landing page, I see no reason to think anything has changed!
Mnementh, would it help if I gave you a screenshot of what I see?
Note the complete absence of a download link where it instead asks you to give your contact info (I used 2345678901 for testing purposes, hope that isn't actually anyone's number).
