about that message. (unsure which DB that is reffering to. Appears to be EXTERNAL to calibre because of the styling of the error box)

Preferences: Behavior: to UNset Calibre-viewer as the reader and USE the OS Default, remove the tick next to the format.

eg. no tick next to PDF, selecting View in Calibre, will use Adobe-Reader (the systems default)
