I follow LA Witt on Facebook. She had confirmation in writing that they would be closed by the end of 2016 so she spent money on re editing nearly 26 books, getting them ready for self publishing and commissioning new covers. She couldn't wait until they had finally closed as she needed the books available to purchase asap once Samhain closed.

I can understand her position.
