I thought about doing that too. All day long I pulled up the Voyage page and considered it. But I never actually did it and I've wished I had ever since.

My Voyage is still like new. I have no reason to expect problems and I have all three models of the Paperwhite to fall back on if I need to. I rotate among the 4 readers all the time. But I'd miss the Voyage if it went bye-bye.

I think the Oasis looks pretty good but I'm afraid of the battery situation with it. From everything I've read it works off the tiny battery in the reader and just uses the cover's battery to charge that battery. Since a lithium ion battery is good for about 500 to 1000 full charges that tiny battery is going to use those up about 6 times faster than the battery in my Voyage. I just don't trust that.
