Currently free, probably just for the next couple of days @ B&N, Amazon (available to Canadians & in the UK). This seem to be another recent DCC freebie that's skipping the other stores, but in case it shows up elsewhere on the second day, as sometimes they do, price-drop-check linkage for iTunes & Google Play, Kobo (usually not available to Canadians), ChristianBook, the publisher's webcatalogue page (or where it normally used to be, before a bunch of their old pages went missing and later got restored at the same loctaions as part of their ongoing site reorganization), and BookShout
