I had a couple of electric pressure cookers in the past, but they were non stick and they peeled off the coating after very short time. I hate non stick. When I saw that this was a stainless steel insert, I grabbed it.
You guys need to start a thread somewhere for this thing and recipes you make in it. I do a lot of slow cooking already, so I can use some of those recipes I am sure to pressure cook. I'll try my famous goulash in it that usually takes me 3 hours in a pan on the stove.
GF, gluten free I guess? I am more on the low carb thing, so meats are aplenty here. Hubby loves that. 
I am loving my FireTV I got on the sale, no waiting since I got it with Prime Now. The pot though won't be here until Monday. So I am not really getting the 2 day shipping on it. They shipping it UPS and I guess its using the slower ground. Odd since its not that far. Florida to Texas. Says shipped, still says Monday delivery on UPS. |
