Do you have balsamic vinegar? If so, either drzzle over the tomatoes and olve oil on the bread; or warm the bread, put some oil in a bowl and warm that, but some balsamic vinegar in another bowl, then dunk the bread - if you dunk it in the vinegar before the oil it will soak up more vinegar, if you dunk in the oil first it will just pick up a very small amount of vinegar. It's exceptionally nice with roast garlic spread on the bread first.
