I got my last credit from the Groupon promo yesterday and got the BBC Radio 4 production of
The Complete Chronicles of Narnia for my grandson.
I then proceeded to cancel my membership. On the way out, Audible dangled a free credit for me to stay. So I bit. Now I had another credit to spend fast. No idea what to get so I started searching for another series to start collecting. I finally narrowed it down to
Master & Commander and
Foundation. Asimov won.
Now it was time to cancel again. This time Audible let me go. The reason I was in a hurry to cancel was because of this Auble promo today. I figured I wouldn't qualify, but I had to try anyway. Sure enough, today rolls around and I didn't get it.
Oh well; there's always next time.
