Was everything in your order eligible? No digital orders, must be sold by Amazon. Not sure what else they specify besides this in the small print. Its why I can't use it, I can't put a KU subscription with this as that is digital.
If you should be eligible and doesn't work, you might want to call them.
On CNN they said a while ago that they had some issues on Amazon with the checkouts.
I just ordered my FireTV and I'll get it by noon.
